b.tech Admission
College of Engineering Kallooppara offers five under graduate programs (B. Tech) of 4 years duration.
- B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CS)
- B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering(Cyber Security)-(CY)
- B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (EC)
- B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering(EE)
- B.Tech in Cyber Physical Systems(CB) (Subject to KTU Affiliaton)
- Apart from these regular professional courses in the above branches of engineering, the students are trained in various self enhancement programs, like personality development, spoken English, communication skills etc..

In addition to this 3 seats in each branch are reserved for Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) Scheme as per AICTE directions (Allotment done by Commissioner for Entrance examinations).

Academic eligibility
- Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala, or Examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry as one of the optional subjects with atleast 45% marks put together in the above subjects are eligible for admission.
- If the candidate has not studied Chemistry, the marks obtained in Computer Science shall be considered. In case, the candidate has not studied Chemistry and Computer Science the marks obtained in Biotechnology shall be considered.
- If the candidate has not studied Chemistry, Computer Science and Biotechnology the marks obtained in Biology shall be considered. The marks as shown in the mark list of the Board of Examination obtained from the respective Higher Secondary Board shall be considered for academic eligibility.
AGE: Applicant should complete 17 years of age as on 31-12-2026. No relaxation in the minimum age will be allowed. There is no upper age limit.
Out of the 300 seats (60 for Courses(CY/EC), 30 for EE/CB* Course and 120 for CS Courses), 50% of the seats for CS/CY/CB* courses and 75% of the seats for EC/EE courses are Merit Lower Fee seats (Govt. Fees seats – Fees decided by the Government) filled by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala from the ranklist prepared from Common Entrance Test conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance examinations. 45% seats for CS/CY/CB* courses and 20% of the seats for EC/EE courses are Merit Full Fee Quota seats (Full fees seats- fees decided by fee regulatory committee appointed by Government) filled by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala from ranklist prepared from Common Entrance Test conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance examinations. The remaining 5% of seats (6 Seats for CS,3 seats for CY/EC and 2 seats for EE/CB*) are NRI (Non-Resident Indians) seats filled by the College from the rank list prepared on the basis of Higher Secondary PCM (Physics-Chemistry-Mathematics) marks as per the Selection criteria prescribed by Government/IHRD from applications invited through newspaper columns and applied online through IHRD website.
